Weekly Outlook

This Wednesday, you get the chance to find out more about Lindsay Anderson's film on Wham! The documentary Foreign Skies: Wham! In China was never one of George Michael's favourites. In fact, his management prohibited any public screening. With this in mind, Salon Populaire invited Kirsteen Macdonald to discuss control and censorship in music and art.
A few days later, a new photography exhibition at Martin-Gropius-Bau allows you to see the New York of the 80s through the lens of Chinese Artist Ai Weiwei. And last but not least, Berlinische Galerie – in cooperation with COOP and Jung und Artig – opens its gates for the annual Kunstnacht – a long night of art and music including performances and live-guides.
