Trotz Documenta und Art Basel hat Berlin in dieser Woche einiges zu bieten:  Zunächst einmal eröffnet am Donnerstag eine große Alfredo Jaar-Ausstellung an gleich drei Ausstellungsorten in der Stadt: Die NGBK zeigt in Kooperation mit der Berlinischen Galerie und der Alten Nationalgalerie  "The way it is. Eine Ästhetik des Widerstands". Am Wochenende wird im Rahmen von 48 Stunden Neukölln zum Mittelpunkt des Berliner Kunsttreibens. Die frontviews gallery zeigt in einem temporären Ausstellungsraum die große Gruppenausstellung Le Trac mit einer vielversprechenden Teilnehmerliste;  Savvy Contemporary zieht wiederum mit  POSITIONING OSMOTIC IMPULSES in ein ehemaliges Neuköllner Gefängnis. 

Despite Documenta and Art Basel, Berlin has quite a few things to offer this week: First, a comprehensive Alfredo Jaar exhibition will open at three venues throughout the city: NGBK in cooperation with Berlinische Galerie and Alte Nationalgalerie shows "The way it is. An Asthetics of Resistance". Over the weekend, Neukölln will become the center of Berlin's art scene. Frontviews gallery shows the group exhibition Le Trac with a very promising list of participating artists at a temporary exhibition space on Rollbergstraße, while Savvy Contemporary  with its group show POSITIONING OSMOTIC IMPULSES moves to a former prison in Neukölln.
