Weekly Outlook
It is a big week in London! First Thursday of July is hosting previews all around town but there are events on Wednesday and throughout the weekend that are not to be missed. On Wednesday head South in the afternoon for a panel with Lynda Morris at CHELSEA SPACE, in the evening in West London check out the preview for Martha Rosler 'God Bless America' at Pippy Houldsworth Gallery or an interesting lecture at the ICA titled 'The Trouble with Sound Art' as part of the program SOUNDWORKS - a series of sound works by a hundred artists from around the world, online and in the Galleries in conjunction with Bruce Nauman’s exhibition Days. On Friday, Whitechapel is hosting the Symposium 'Architectures of Spectacle' - 'On the day that marks seven years since London won the bid to host the 2012 Olympics, architects, artists, sociologists and urban theorists consider the transformation of an area into a centre of global attention.' What a great start to the summer! Editor's Picks
