Just a few events in LA this week. Wednesday night, art band Conquistador plays at The Mint (6010 West Pico Blvd Los Angeles, CA 11pm). The current show at Las Cienagas Projects is worth seeing before it closes on Dec 11. Artists include Koki Tanaka, Naotaka Hiro, Kaz Oshiro, and John Tottenham.

Also of note, Mark Moore Gallery has moved to Culver City. The gallery will debut the much-anticipated solo exhibition for renowned local artist, Mario Ybarra Jr. Originally built in 1925, the building that will soon house Mark Moore Gallery has been deemed a Historic Building by Culver City's preservation program.
