Weekly Outlook

Last week several good shows opened, two of which deserve special highlight here: Dinh Q. Le's large scale photographs of helicopters crashing into the sea at P.P.O.W. and an excellent film that kept everyone at the opening enthralled and engaged by Guido van der Werve at Luhring Augustine

This week is surprisingly busy with the most shows on Thursday in Chelsea, and Friday busy in Williamsburg.

New on Artcards Review:
Sterling Ruby at Pace? Sterling Ruby at Pace! -- Brent Birnbaum reviews a rising artist's BUS and PIG PEN at Pace Wildenstein.
Unsound Festival -- a medley -- Helen Homan Wu reports on an "exciting series of sound, visual art and music events that has never happened in the East Coast of the States."
