New York
Artcards brings you to art February 23, 2010

Weekly Outlook

Last chance to win VIP tickets to next week's art fairs: enter now at artcards.cc/contests/ -- if you've already entered, please tell your friends and be on the lookout for the winners to be announced on Friday.

More for you: as a subscriber you will get first access to our special 2010 NYC Art Fairs Week guide, plus access to private tours. Details coming this Friday.

This week the big news is the 2010 Whitney Biennial, which opens on Wednesday. Always a must-see, controversial show that includes a mix of some known and lesser-known artists. The Whitney is my favorite museum for American art -- the layout and programming are really excellent. With the art fairs starting next week, much more lies ahead, but hope to see you out this week! One more quick note, check out Radiovisual for a podcast that includes Jerry Saltz and a review of Shaq's curatorial debut.
