Weekly Outlook
This month there are several MFA shows: this week the New York Studio School's MFA has a show, as does SVA's MFA Illustration. Also notable are the many benefits, auctions and fairs coming up. Wednesday, the Affordable Art Fair begins (a fair where many of my friends have shown in the past and that offers some good deals, especially on emerging artists). Thursday night is packed with gallery openings, including one at Von Lintel's new space on W 23 street -- it's hard to tell if the work will be exciting, but I am definitely interested to see the new space and the new life it might bring. On the more "fringe" scenes, Williamsburg is busy Friday night and the LES has several shows on Friday and Saturday. In short, there's a bit of something for everyone. Find exactly what you need below: Editor's Picks
