New York
Artcards brings you to art March 15, 2011

Weekly Outlook

Friday can be a good night too. The last few weeks I have gone to openings on Friday night, which offers an interesting counterpoint to the normally crowded Thursday night openings. Friday usually has fewer openings, which lets you see pretty much everything going on that night and the atmosphere is more spacious / relaxed since there are not as many openings and fewer people come out. Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday also can provide openings with a similar feel.

This Friday night you can see Chelsea in pretty much two streets: West 24th and West 27th. West 20th and West 29th also both have one opening each. The Lower East Side and Williamsburg have openings on Friday as well.

I hope to see you out this week -- perhaps on Friday!
