Weekly Outlook
This seems to be an interesting upcoming week with a good number of varied openings and performances in every arts district of New York. A couple of major spaces will be hosting events such as Higher Pictures, EAI and Artists Space, and plenty of newer alternative galleries have prepared holiday shows for the next few days. Gemini GEL is also hosting an opening of Ann Hamilton's work which coincides with her fantastic installation at The Park Avenue Armory. Some schools will also be presenting student work at events such as ICP-Bard open studios in Long Island City and Hunter College MFA Thesis show. Also worth noting is that a benefit event will be occurring to support the recovery of The Kitchen, Primary Information, and Printed Matter at Santos Party House. Editor's Picks
