Weekly Outlook
The week starts with plenty of great programs showcasing legendary artists and intriguing performances at exhibitions that cannot be missed: One of Exit Art's founders Papo Colo will be showing at The Clocktower, Julian Schnabel at Oko, EAI will be screening Charles Atlas + Merce Cunningham in a collaboration between the filmmaker and the choreographer; Trevor Paglen shows some pieces related to his space project at Metro Pictures, and Gagosian will be opening a show of Basquiat's work. Not to mention that Deitch Projects' offshoot The Hole will be also hosting openings this week. As for events happening at newer and perhaps unconventional spaces: CLEARING based in NY and Brussels will be opening a new show, as well as 0.00156 acres, Harbor, and 7 Dunham in Brooklyn.
