Weekly Outlook
A lot of lectures, screenings and food/art events in this last week of January. A new gallery called Krowswork in Oakland's mini-gallery district (23rd and Telegraph) hosts a pre-First Friday opening that looks good, and while you are out you can swing by Swarm Gallery in Jack London Square. For performance art, you have got a interesting show at Marina Abramovic Institute -- or for participatory art, you can venture to Studio for Urban Projects for their multifaceted workshop. And, finally, if you like the gallery/studio Creative Growth, don't miss their all-inclusive artist showcase co-curated by NYC's Matthew Higgs, titled "Everyone!" Editor's Picks
