San Francisco
Artcards brings you to art May 11, 2010

Weekly Outlook

A relatively calm week of events in the Bay Area (with many galleries preparing for the SF Fine Art Fair later this month) -- but there are still some enticing options.

SFAI (San Francisco Art Institute) has a bigger than ever MFA Thesis Weekend with their exhibition reception and two screenings.

Rising star Clare Rojas opens at the Museum of Craft and Folk Art, and comes back to talk later this month (May 20th). Don't miss openings at Triple Base and Michael Rosenthal Gallery, a Wholphin screening at ATA, and the hot musical act Eats Tapes with Lucky Dragons will play at the BAM (Berkeley Art Museum).
