Weekly Outlook
There are some mid-month art specials this week! For starters, Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts (MCCLA) and the Fine Arts Gallery at San Francisco State University (SFSU) team up for a contemporary Mexican art show, a Kyle Fields and Thomas Campbell show opens at Park Life, and if that isn't hot enough Triple Base, Electric Works and Jancar Jones have Friday night openings. If you are in the East Bay, I have heard mention of zombie cake in connection with the HalfLifer's DVD release party at the Berkeley Art Museum's semi-regular Friday L@TE showcase. See you out there! NOTE: Berkeley Art Museum's Eve Hesse show reviewed below. ------------------ New on Artcards Review: - "Eva Hesse: Studiowork" by Helen Homan Wu - "Major Jackson's Holding Company" by Gabriella Radujko - "Featured Artist: Joel Kyack" by Brent Birnbaum Editor's Picks
