Cruising towards the summer months with Memorial Day just around the corner. Time to peruse the galleries and check out what's happening. Take some time and see what the CCA clan is doing at the 2011 MFA Thesis Exhibition at California College of the Arts: Thesis presentations (Timken Lecture Hall): May 11: 1:30–6 p.m.; May 12, 1–5 p.m. and 7–9 p.m. Or SFAI is offering their MFA Thesis show on Treasure Island on Friday. Another Friday night option: spend your evening at the Bob Van Breda exhibition Pencil Me In at Electric Works. Saturday join Gyöngy Laky for "Reading Geometries" at Braunstein/Quay Gallery.
