San Francisco
Artcards brings you to art July 19, 2011

Weekly Outlook

Rolling into the middle of summer.  If you haven't had a chance to check out some art over these warm months, the time is now.  The Meridian Gallery is hosting a panel discussion, "In Extremis: Prints Monumental, Intimate, and Encompassing" curated by Art Hazelwood.

Travis Collinson exhibition of drawings and paintings at Baer Ridgway is not to be missed. The images evoke a turbulent energy of exaggerated melancholy cast in subtle hues.

The Marx and Zavattero Gallery is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special focus on the six artists that have been part of the stable since its inception.

Top off your week with a solo show at the HungryMan Gallery - Russell Leng.  His work is described as 'materiality of paint to create isolated extractions of an imagined landscape.'

Enjoy these great events and don't forget to keep us posted!  Submit events via our website www.artcards.cc/sanfrancisco, or find us on twitter @artcards_sf
