Weekly Outlook
Rolling into the middle of summer. If you haven't had a chance to check out some art over these warm months, the time is now. The Meridian Gallery is hosting a panel discussion, "In Extremis: Prints Monumental, Intimate, and Encompassing" curated by Art Hazelwood. Travis Collinson exhibition of drawings and paintings at Baer Ridgway is not to be missed. The images evoke a turbulent energy of exaggerated melancholy cast in subtle hues. The Marx and Zavattero Gallery is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special focus on the six artists that have been part of the stable since its inception. Top off your week with a solo show at the HungryMan Gallery - Russell Leng. His work is described as 'materiality of paint to create isolated extractions of an imagined landscape.' Enjoy these great events and don't forget to keep us posted!
