Weekly Outlook
One week down and a score of new shows has opened for you to see, with heaps more about to open. The first block of Geary has laid the gauntlet down, with engaging shows from Todd Hido at Stephen Wirtz, Clare Rojas at Paule Anglim, Hiroshi Sugimoto at Fraenkel, Kota Ezawa and Taha Belal at Haines… I could go on and on, it is nice to see the old guard keeping pace. Especially exciting this month: Stanford’s first year MFA students (we’ve heard good things) will exhibit their wares Friday, January 20th and Gena Osterloh’s "Anonymous Front" at YBCA opens Saturday, January 21st with photos and an a newly commissioned film project. Lets be out there looking and talking this week, one big informed bunch of spectators and makers! ------------------- New on Artcards Review: - "Brad Farwell’s Die Transfer Process @ LMCC Governors Island" by Gabriella Radujko Editor's Picks
