Weekly Outlook
Its a bit of a lighter week around town, though there are definitely some things not to be missed. Top of that list is the first show at Jessica Silverman's new space in the San Francisco tenderloin. Amikam Toren, Of the Times and Other Historic Works will present two bodies of the artist's work. I'm excited by Silverman doubling down in her undervalued neighborhood and I hear the space is very nice. Last weekend saw first shows at Moroso and CULT, as the year winds down (!) it will have been a banner year for new art spaces in the bay area with far more opening than closing. Both those shows are worth a visit, and I look forward to making it to new spaces Tyler Wood and 1038 soon too. Editor's Picks
