The deadline for a new art criticism project, Set Theory, is almost here. The idea: an exhibition is assigned and all are invited to write a 250 word review of the same show. Four of the reviews will be chosen by Art Practical to be published online together, the rest (re:all, unedited) will also be online, presented via the Curiously Direct Facebook page.

The first show is Laeh Glenn's current solo show up at Altman Siegel.

So, for this to work, we need YOU to participate. Even if you've never written a word of art criticism before, whether you love or loathe the show.

As for this week... well, tomorrow you or someone you know will be participating at Berkeley Museum for the massive 'The Possible', so there's that. Saturday, Mauricio Ancalmo will be having a solo show with Ever Gold, Krap Etag Nedlog Reve. Its reasonable to expect a good show, ambitious and maybe loud.
