Artcards brings you to art March 4, 2014

Weekly Outlook

A busy week, where to start... Jacqueline Kiyomi Gordon has a pair of shows opening this week, Saturday at CULT with Miguel Arzabe but first some big new work at YBCA opening on Thursday. I've had the YBCA show described to me; the details are a bit fuzzy but from what I remember I am very excited to see what this artist will do in the upstairs space. Catch that show real quick then head East (its first Friday, after all) to see the proprietors of Martina}{Johnston at Royal Nonesuch, Smith|Allen at Interface, Kadet Kuhne at Krowswerk and an interesting looking group show at Pro Arts with tons of big names.

Saturday is its own odd mix of events, I suggest getting to the tenderloin and catching the shows at Ramon's Tailor and Book & Job (especially if you, like me, haven't been to either yet), or if in the east, Important Projects has a pair of shows opening with Alison Veit and Art Cards favorite Jonah Susskind
