San Francisco
Artcards brings you to art April 29, 2014

Weekly Outlook

Some hot summerish days have snuck into our spring making it a great time to get out and about for first Thursday and/or first Friday, each has a ton of exhibitions opening or recently opened to catch in one fell swoop.

If you can drag yourself from the various bbqs and other outdoors activities over the weekend, Saturday there are a couple of interesting shows.

In San Francisco the second project at c2c featuring east coast artist Jason Karolak and west coaster Andy Vogt.

In Oakland, Lindsey Lyons, Sean Monaghan and Maysha Mohamedi (whose work in a recent Stephen Wirtz show was a stand-out in great company) are in a show at Maniac Gallery (a space I've yet to visit).

And Sunday, don't miss the next lecture in the 'doubt it/talk' series curated by Kait Mooney at n/a in Oakland: no place: anthea black on queer geographies and spatial politics
