Weekly Outlook

We're in the real summer doldrums now... a perfect storm: its summer, the end of the month and labor day weekend. I'll offer the same suggestion as last week, adding only the new show already open at Interface GalleryNo Person is Without a Shadow: Manuel Angeja and Laurie Reid and the quietly opening show at City Limits, a benefit with works by 60 artists (including your Art Cards editors) which opens on Saturday. 

Both of these will have more party-like atmospheres the following first Friday, but its a rare opportunity to see a show in a quiet, uncrowded way before the opening. 

A quick note: Curiously Direct is a bit on hold while some magical tinkering occurs behind the scenes. More on that soon...
