This Saturday:

Join in or simply witness a heated discussion at LACE on performance art and ethics in the wake of Marina Abramović’s controversial MOCA gala performance. Read Yvonne Rainer’s critical letter before attending. Saturday, 1-4pm.

There are several openings in Chinatown, including a musical performance at Human Resources, featuring The Finches, Tara Jane O'Neil, Tom Greenwood, and Strawberry Smog, from 8pm-12am. 

At Night Gallery, artists Channing Hansen and Alexandra Grant will recreate a piece by Faith Wilding entitled, Crocheted Environment (Womb Room), from 1972. Doors are open from 10pm-2am.
